Felt ok after first loop, so opted to give the 7am run a shot. Added Dom & Ruby, Ken & Cindy to the crew. Southbound route this time..

Definitely getting tired, but what the hell, I'm out here already, might as well do a CCW loop with the regular 8am crew. Added a bunch more folks to the mix. More regrouping breaks and one river immersion break, so lots of stopped time in this one. Definitely ready to be done at the end of this loop.

Accounting for fluids consumed between loops, I lost over 13# on this run. Too bad I'll gain it all back as I rehydrate this afternoon.
