Not feeling particularly fast these days, but getting out semi-regularly, feeling fit and no injuries, aches or pains to speak of. And the G is slowly coming down, mostly by virtue of eating less crap and less in general actually.
Part of me wishes I was doing more cycling, but I find I don't enjoy that as much as a solo venture, and the local guys I could ride with are much more inclined to hammering a pace line on the road for a few hours than just tooling along exploring back roads.

Weekly Saturday run cancelled due to rain, so out the door into the damp from home. Ran Shenipsit out to 74 and back. Part dirt, part pavement, part trail. No wetter than I was running and sweating yesterday, and much nicer temps.
