Over 700 miles for the year - though 6 of those are bike miles. But close enough.. Fewer miles than hoped for this week, but being sick will do that to ya... Hopefully it clears up shortly and I'll get another week of decent mileage, then cut back heading into Pinelands in 4 weeks.

A quicker bit to Manchester, then easy 10 with Sean and TCRC group. Decent run except for hard crash at the end. Almost15 miles of nice dirt rail trail and I go down in flames on the 50 feet of pavement in sight of the finish. Don't appear to have distressed the ribs, but numerous areas of road rash.. Shower is gonna be a stinger...
