Found an old map, cut a few controls to make it back for Strider run at 8am. Woods greener/slower than when mapped 22 years ago, a lot of Clethra in the damper areas. And lots of ferns in spots, but that's mostly a summer thing. Felt good when the woods were open and running clean.

4x1000m at Porter Reservoir withe recovery HR dpendent (low 120s). Aiming for 4min/km - 3:59, 4:06, 4:11 & 4:10. I'll take it since the 4min goal was a stretch.

edit: looks like the garmin pegged this at about 900m rather than 1000m. But measuring it in google maps and one other program both seemed to come out at 1000m. Oh well, still a decent run...
