Strider Social Run @ Campbell & Stoppleworth. Ran from home so a bunch of road to/from, but counting it as all trail. The usual easy run with periodic stops to regroup, take in the sights etc. And then another 3.5m loop at Knofla (north & south) with Emma & Lucio before coming back to cars and my run home. A nice way to end the week...

MLK Trail Run. 15F, clear. Cold up top with wind, fine in the woods. Met up w/ Elyse, Jillian, Ken & Rocky for an early morning trail run from UConn. In to work early as is normal, then ran over to Horsebarn Hill to catch the sunrise, rest of crew met me shortly thereafter. Then a leisurely stroll down to the Fenton and southbound for an hour or so, then back to UConn.
