HR stayed very low for first few miles, even at usual Amigo pace. Not sure what's up with that. Picked up the effort to push HR up a bit, flirting at times with z4, but not enough to average out to 125. Not sure if this is an anomaly, or my running getting more efficient.

AP correctly identified this as fieldwork. Couple hours at UConn verifying/classifying some trees that didn't get picked up in the primary field checking. Double checking some control locations/descriptions - tweaking a couple so I could stick the flag in the ground rather than relying on stand on concrete.
