Great run! Strong run on the uphills, ran to Green Rock Trail, then up parallel to The Roller Coaster, then short intense uphill at Dona Ana Peak# 2, headed southeast then NE on The Cathedral trail, looped back, ran last 4.5 miles at sub 7:00 pace, tempo run (6:35 ) avg. pace back to car. Felt good, slightly fatigued from last Sunday's long run.
