Orienteering race 1:07:36 [5]
AO11 At Woodhill. 18th.. a distant 17 minutes from the teenage winner!
Tried to implement all I learned yesterday. Certainly much better on the compass although looking at my lines on routegadget, perhaps not as good as i thought!
a bit sore from Sat training, so kept a pretty easy pace throughout that I felt I could maintain.
A while since I had a race in Woodhill. How can someone not enjoy running there!
