1st Race of the Harriers season
5k time trial
Was aiming to go under 24 and managed it with a bit of a burst over the last 50m!
Went out a bit hard and got to the turn around in 11:30... so that makes about 12:30 home.
I think there is a bit more upside there with better motivation!
