Slowest 14k in history.
Did Roto-o-rangi , kairangi Loop. It was pretty warm and I am 'milking' tired. Nearly found reasons not to do it... but will powered myself there. Just plodded around.. ran all the hills OK.

Never felt great, but actually not too bad either!

Gym circuit 30:00 [3]

Bike to Fitness area next to the tennis club. Played with the apparatus... did a couple of runs up and down the steps...

Will use this more I think instead of the gym

10k Time Trial.
Have I got any fitter since I last did this 3 weeks previously...

Well 5 seconds faster.
Felt pretty good for most of the run. Thought I must be well ahead of 3 weeks prior... Hit a head wind coming home along Thornton etc.

Thought I had it covered, but was pushing along... only just beat the time from 3 weeks previously.
Fairly disappointing..
Presumably I am indeed getting fitter!

MTB up to the end of Redoubt... then to the end of NIcol and back... Then around Leamington green belt.

My plan said 90-120min for today... but gotta 10k time trial tomorrow where I would like to improve last months sad effort.. so I stuck with 60min.

Run intervals 19:00 [4]

Harriers training group. 4 x km .. supposedly at 5k pace. I was the first to start each interval with 4 others chasing me down!
Held my own on all 4 I think.
Actually slightly more than 1km apparently. did 4:30 - 4:45 per km

Run there and back.
