Leamington Circuit in overwhelming humidity. Just jogged really, but that was hard enough!

Park run. My first one at Avantidrome.
Not exactly riveting run to just run 2.5k down a concrete path and then back again.
From a runners perspective, I guess it is a fairly tough 5k with little ups and downs... and an uphill finish!

Took a bit to get moving with the 8am start.

Forest Lake 3.5k.
a couple of hesitations but otherwise no errors. Of course I know the area very well and get to see the course prior!
Thought I was doing OK given I had played touch already that day.

5k fun run at lake. Nearly 2 min down on my fastest last year... 25:30. Better get a wriggle on.
