Trek w some running 1:50:00 [3]

Trek with a backpack from Sth end of Enclosure at Maungatautari. Started at 10:15pm.

Saw a Kiwi... and a gecko... and lots of bouncy wetas.

Got as far as the junction between new and old track... where we climb up to the rocky outcrop.

Felt pretty easy physically.

Didn't really love this today... it was hot and I was a bit tired!

Slowest 5k in history.
It was very hot and my body was running out of energy after a lot of different exercise in recent days.
So set of slowly and never got faster!
Was fairly buggered at the end !

Summer Series 3 . New Map at Tauhara Park.
Nice course setting in a limited area.
DIdn't feel too affected by Frisbee, but legs still struggled towards the end.

No errors worth mentioning!

Lunch time run in the stinking heat. Seemed like a good for the 1st half... then I faded!
Via Claudelands bush and then to river trails and ended up in Victoria st in town!
Please to find a water fountain on the way home as I was wilting fast
