Gym circuit 1:15:00 [3]

Very slow gym workout. It was pretty warm and I had no deadline so dawdled a bit.
But got through it all OK.

Run race 25:12 [3]

Park run. New PB finally! 4s faster than what I did a year ago.

DIdn't really feel like getting out of bed... it took a lot of will power!

Walk around 9Karapiro Road O map in the heat.

Checking out Permanent control locations... and some map corrections. Nice spot

Ball Sports (Touch) 45:00 [3]

WOrked hard today... ie run as much as I could! I even got an intercept... but couldn't outrun the young pup for a length of the field try!

Orienteering race 24:21 [3]

Hamilton Lake for 3rd place.
A couple of inferior route choices probably cost me 30seconds.
Felt a bit stronger than normal so perhaps I am getting fitter!
