Intervals.
5,5,3,3,2,2,1,1,0.5,0.5... with same rest between
On golf course. It was harder than I thought.

Run warm up/down 15:00 [2]

10min warm up and 5min warm down

Run hills 27:41 [5]

Sanitorium Hill.
Faster than the 6 times I did it in late 2017 ... much to my surprise.
The best then was 27:56.
Must have gone out a bit fast today as I had about 6 little walks over the last half.
Perhaps there is hope!

Jog back down the hill and then to the car... Includes the warm up run to the start of the climb.

Good Union 5k. Faster than the 2 I did in Feb... of which the fastest was 27:33.
Noone to run with after 3k!

Legs very flat.
Could only keep up for 15min or so and then tried to cut across town to meet them... but ended up finishing the rest by myself.
