2 laps of the Leamington green belt.
49:00 and 48:40

supposedly about 16k with a bit of undulation. Most of todays run was in the rain!

Run race 50:28 [5]

Champerlain Cup Handicap race.
10k Loop up Redoubt Rd etc with a couple of decent hills.

Hoped to break 50... but content to beat 50:45.. which I did 2? weeks ago on a flat 10k course. So some improvement.

Was able to put in a bit of sprint to hold off some chasers!

So 15min Hard... 15min recovery. 10min warm up and down.
A bit sore and flat after yesterdays efforts.

All the guns dropped me in Leamington, but fortunately I had Marc G to run with.

Not that far of my max really, so it was hard work.. but I was still chatting at the end (with a few breaks during!!)

Went pretty hard this week.
It was a really good game with higher standard of play than normal.
