All while doing the Leamington circuit. And the overall time was fairly solid.

Park Run.
25:09 which is actually my 3rd best out of 25 attempts. I thought I was looking good to go under 25min, but suddenly I wasn't there!! thanks to the uphill nature of the last km I guess.

Actually felt like I could run a little today.

O Summer Series at Fairfield college.

Tricky area to set a course on and they did a good job although I would have liked to have seen more activity in the buildings.

Legs were flat... which seems the norm!
