Long run. 3 laps of the golf course with some variations.
Didn't sleep great so was tired from the start.

This took enormous will power (and a gel & Water bottle!)

Was going pretty slow in last half, but just plodded on and on.

Golf course intervals. 4 x 6 min. with 90s jog between. My training plan says Threshold pace! which is supposed to be 10k pace.

In hindsight I was quite a bit quicker than that I should think and was struggling on the last one!
All the little hills took there toll!

Tramping (or Walk) 10:00 [3]

Walk w Emma to the golf course and back... with a run diversion on the way back to dump my normal handful of rubbish in the bin!

Warm up and Down over to golf course.
Was expecting legs to be a bit stronger.. or feel less flat, but so be it.
