Run race 56:05 [3]

Wallace Cross Country 10k. Supposed to be a 'pack run' but its always a race for me.
Absolutely stoked with this effort in great conditions (sometimes this venue is a mud bath).
Even splits of 28minutes and nearly ran all of the big 4 hills.
Managed a finish sprint to pass someone as well.
Pretty sore the next day.

2 minutes faster than last year... and probably my fastest ever on this course.
