Summer Series 2 - Innes Common.
Hard work, but my body appreciated the rest day yesterday.

Very easy nav, but still good to get a blow out.

8th place. It is getting very hard to get on the podium these days!

9 holes of Golf at Howick in the heat! I carry by bag... so I figure I can claim 30min training for a 2+ hour golf game.
