MTB around Cambridge. Various Cycle Paths and some roads. + the MTB track at St Peters

got a nice sweat going!

Harriers at Lake Te Koutu in the rain.
Fairly social.
Supposed to be 3 x 2k laps. I cut one corner for fun so would have been a bit less than 6k with a grunty little climb each lap.
Easy 1st lap and then worked harder for the rest. about 31min or so.
