Inspection of the fallen trees around the lake and then a loop out Thorton road and the green belt to Cam High... and back.

hot.
Legs sore so hopefully run out some soreness.

Summer Series #4. Forest lake
Good course, but many bingo controls in the trees! I got fairly lucky with those and then stuffed up a tunnel by inverting my map to get the wrong South end!
