Running 1:01:55 [3] 5.86 km (10:34 / km)
shoes: Brooks
Ran around Sharon Woods for an hour. Running isn't actually a good description. I'm hoping it was just that I ate too much or too soon to my run---I never ran more than 3 or 4 minutes at a stretch. I think my heart rate actually was peaking out (out of my zone), so it was right to walk and let it come down. Toward the end, I started to feel better.

In the past, I've talked a lot about my running motion, and the one good thing about today was that I was able to run this slow in a comfortable way. Usually when I go slow, it hurts because of the pounding. I think the speed work I did earlier this spring has really helped.

Now all I need to do is run Monday or Tuesday to make sure the high heart rate is an anomoly. Fingers are crossed.
