Event: OCIN FAST-O 3 - Armco Park
 

Orienteering race 25:42 [3] *** 2.6 km (9:53 / km) +30m 9:21 / km
20c shoes: Salomon Speedcross CS

Sprint 3 at Armco Park. Courses by Shane Dawalt. Really nice little sprint course. The high point was leading Jordan and Mike into the go control, and holding Mike off with basically everything I had left. Jordan got the fastest finish split with 32 even though his earlier split was 48. Mike was 42, and I was 47. I'll be feeling it tomorrow.
