Kick@$$ run in the PM, Yumay decided to take a nap and i ran to one of the Volcano Miradores.. a little close but nothing happened.. yesterday a french guy got ashed and coughed up dust all night, but today the volcano was pretty sedate... i pushed hard on the hills and ran hard downhill, being pretty sore now...

Sunday Feb 10

Mountainbike 3:15:00 65 km (3:00 / km) +650m 2:51 / km
did banos to puyo, including a hike down to some waterfalls... the trip was one of the best rides i have done, and a combination of paved and unpaved roads leading from the ecuadorian highlands down to the jungle... though the overall was mostly down (start 6600 feet, end 3000 feet) there was plenty of climb in there.. at the end it was dumping at full jungle extent, like someone is putting a waterhose over your head... overall a great day
