i m absolutely IN LOVE with my new giant, rides awesome, felt good, pushed semi hard for most of the ride, last one as hard as i could, 4m51 up union hill to redmond ridge

brick run after ride, started off around 7.45 pace and quickly settled into that, realized i could go harder and knocked out a sub 7.30 pace average, compared to 6 years ago when i was training for gigathlon that is probably 2 min/mile faster, now i gotta drop 10 more pounds and add some endurance rides and i ll be in great shape for the race
