rode with jeff from paradise at mt rainer down and up cayusse pass, then donw and back up paradise...

steeper and 1st part of the trek from paradise to camp muir on mt rainer... eventurally caught up with michelle and her friends (they started 50 min earlier) and waited on a rock, pretty exhausted from the effort ....

Note

the swelling has gone down to almost zero, the stability feels good and the flexibility as well, maybe it wasnt as bad as i thought... need at least a few more days of rest before i can try running again though...
