2nd part of the white river 50 miler... started out nice and peacefully on the squakum flats, then up to the start of the race, up to suntop, and down the fire road... i ran a little too fast in the beginning since i was chatting with eric up in front of the lane, then paid for it on the uphills... its was sunny and hot instead of rainy so that didnt help.. the downhill on fire road was ok... my legs arent nearly as tired as last weekend though.... tapering here i come...

st edwards trying out my new litespeed... its awesome but the guy before never used it so all the cables loosened up, and the clips did not work, i fell over several times and got fed up, stopped and went home to fix it... should be all set up now
