woke up this morning at 5.30 and had to deal with verizon again, internet still not up, they made me so mad i decided to cool off on the trail instead of taking the bus... was well worth it, the weather turned out to be great...

right after i got home i went and ran to the redmond watershed along the powertrail... after the hard bikeride my legs felt like lead for the first 15 minutes, pushing the uphills hard somehow helped though... at the end i was a bit dehydrated and happy to be back...
