much shorter than anticipated long run with ruri, but we were both tired, me more than him i think, and i called it quits early to get back, have a lot of work piled up and my legs were just not there yet...

ran with aaronV at discovery, three laps, nice conversational pace telling him all about the desafio, that kept us going...

switched aaron's and kayaked with aaronR towards north lake washington, easy outing with hard bursts and a freak incident that almost capsized us... a huge policeboat crused through the montlake cut at 12-15 knots and made waves up to 3 feet, we got pushed to the concrete walls and thrown around like a nutshell, totally inconsiderate of the police, we could have capsized or worse being slammed to the concrete completely....
