test runnin and mapping course for first beast race at soaring eagle with eric, sweeeet area for orienteering... great riding but was pretty tired all along..
Paddling (3p) 1:01:00 [3]7.0 mi (8:43 / mi)
to ballard bridge and back with yumay and robin right before closing.. windy but fast with a 3p boat...

another recovery run, not there yet, heavy legs to start with, and heavy legs when i got back... still enjoyable to be running again...

spring is here, it was much warmer today than any days i have ridden so far, so no frozen toes.. that was not the only good news, my knee was totally fine too, got to still try out other combinations, may be the bike shoe with my road bike, but so far so good...

dang, rode home and after about 20min i was going real fast, about 20MPH on the burke, my tire and tube popped out of the rim and the tube exploded and i was trying not to fall so i rode it out on the rim... rim is scratched, and had the wrong tube with me, so i used a road tube, pumped it up all the way, cycled to the bus stop and called it a day...

planned on a paddle, but NWOC was closed, so ran with aaron from NWOC to the other side of the lake around zymogenetics and back... felt surprisingly good, legs a wee bit tired still, but hips and knees allright
