hell of a day.. drove out to lord hill park to pick up the key for next weeks O event, the biked out there with robin.. about 1h into the ride i was going fast downhill, caught a bump, slipped out of the clip, kicked forward and PUT MY FOOT INTO THE WHEEL!!!!, hell did that hurt, i broke several spokes, endoed like superman flying meters over the bike and onto the ground.. my knee is bad right now but i think nothing is torn or broken.. my hands are hurting at the wrists, and i have some minor roadrash..

biked back to the car with my totally tacoed wheel and decided to skip the kayak, just too accident prone to survive that, so we ran for 35 minutes till my knee started hurting and i called it a bad day...

Streetscamble #1, coed2 with yumay as team swiss miss, got beat by the widbey island nerds by 140 points, argh!, 580 points were good for our first race, i had some troulbe with nav, 2 cps were misplaced a bit, and not having self confidence i fiddled around too much, yumay was doing good for about 2.5h and then dropped significantly.., last 30min were hard, the pavement got to both of us.. i used the WEGO link and it was phantastic towing, yumay only had the hip belt and i carried all food and water.. my calfs are blown up right now and i got some cramps in the boat....

kayaked up the sammamish slough from log boom park to my house with robin, mostly calm slow upstream, but some real hard rapids we barely got up.. a phantastic endeavour...

flats, technical uphills and downhills of the DART ride, great ride with lots of strong bikers, felt absolutely awesome today, both technically and on the uphill...

the uphill grind to preston trailhead, a battle as always, got there a minute after RVG, felt as strong as last year and have not been riding much, will change that now...

Z4 hard-ish run to the arboretum and back, felt great at the beginning and end, had a bit of a bleak phase in the arboretum, some left hip pain out of nowhere... feeling ok now...
