Sunday Nov 26

Trail Run 1:35:00 [3] 6.0 mi (15:49 / mi) +1500m 5:32 / km
shoes: Montrail Hurricane Ridge
tried to do a triple si but no way ... legs were tired, and there was so much snow and the wind was blowing at 70-100mph it was way too dangerous to go all the way up, so i did two times up to the three mile mark... there were another 3 people on the mountain, certainly an all time low for mt. si
this is way up only
Trail Run 1:13:00 [1] 6.0 mi (12:10 / mi)
shoes: Montrail Lenona Divide #2
way down portion... cruising at the top in the nice ankle deep snow, but slow at the bottom due to very poor sight...

Saturday Nov 25

Roadbiking 3:00:00 [2] 45.0 mi (3:59 / mi) +400m 2:25 / km
easy ride with B group with yumay and ZOKA... her new roadcycling team... nice people, the ride was a bit on the slow side but a good recovery day...

Friday Nov 24

Trail Run 2:07:30 [3] 7.8 mi (16:20 / mi) +1960m 5:42 / km
shoes: Montrail Diez Vista #2
Si 1 and 2 up times... ran with Glen from 8-12, great conditions, rained a bit in the beginning but then just plenty of snow at the top,.. glen was a bit hung over from last night so i hung with him for the first two halfs and then ran a bit harder for the 2nd halfs... felt great despite yesterday s training and the horrible sleep/nightmares last night... i think it was from overeating....
Trail Run 1:36:00 [1] 7.8 mi (12:18 / mi)
shoes: Montrail Diez Vista #2
real easy on the downs due to very slippery snowy conditions...

Thursday Nov 23

Trail Run 3:16:00 [2] 19.0 mi (10:19 / mi) +450m 5:58 / km
shoes: Cascadia #4 Orange
Yumays Bday and Thanksgiving, she got to choose what to do today and so we ran the Fall BEAST loop, started off pretty slow and i towed her for a good bit but then we were really moving towards the end.... great run, super rainy at times....

Wednesday Nov 22

Trail Run 1:15:00 [3] 8.0 mi (9:23 / mi) +80m 5:39 / km
shoes: Montrail Hurricane Ridge
run at night, first half with yumay down sammamish river trail and back, then up the powerline trail and back...

Tuesday Nov 21

Run 1:10:03 [3] 7.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Montrail Hurricane Ridge
was a total whiny baby tonight and refused to go do the 19Mile loop due to rainstorm... yumay convinced me to go out anyways just for a short run, actually liked the run a lot, and yumay took off at the very end to leave me in the dust...or rain...
