Orienteering 31:12 [4] 5 km (6:14 / km) +60m 5:53 / km
shoes: Montrail Hurricane Ridge
WIOL#3, good run, lost 2x30sec on loosing contact with the map for a sec, and 1min on a really dumb mistake on 14 where i was practically standing on top of the CP and then went back to reorient myself to go back to the same CP, think i finished 5th, just 50 seconds behind second, eric was as usual lightyears ahead...
Orienteering 40:00 [1] 4 km (10:00 / km) +20m 9:45 / km

map hike with yumay, pseudo shadowing and stopping to explain map features... pleasant outing, running a bit...

Thursday Nov 30

Note
(rest day)
I have got to take 2 days off to relax my hip flexer.. it is already feeling 50% better but some rest and vitamin I should bring it right back to good...

Wednesday Nov 29

Trail Run 2:45:00 [1] 14.0 mi (11:46 / mi) +300m 6:52 / km
shoes: Montrail Lenona Divide #2
Today my left hip flexor came back to haunt my 60plus Mile weeks full fledged... started feeling it yesterday at the ride but did not want to acknowlege it... intended running the 19mile loop with yumay but it was extremely icy and really hard to run in places so we did a lollypop loop.... she carried my pack the last 5 miles to alleviate my pain in the hips... may have to take it a wee bit easier for the next few days...

Tuesday Nov 28

Mountainbike 2:30:00 [1] 23.0 mi (6:31 / mi) +20m 4:02 / km
what a morning commute.. since the bus did not come i decided to bike to work along the burke gilman trail... the 4 inches of snow would have been great, the one inch of ice underneath made it russian-roulette style... i made it to work, some of my skin and bike pants did not due to a nice slider on bare ice and pavement... oh well... i ll heal

Monday Nov 27

Run 51:00 [4] 6.0 mi (8:30 / mi) +5m 5:16 / km
funky commute... after gettting totally snowed in i was on the bus for about 1.5h until we came to a complete standstill in bellevue, ETA was another 2-3h home, so I got off the bus and ran hard home in the snow, wiht my dress socks and 8year old timberland boots, a huge winter jacket and wool sweater... funny sight but a great run in about 4 inches of snow...
