did the corridor run with murray, was his idea and it was a good one.. started off dropping a car at high point and then driving to newcastle beach park.. ran from there along the coal creek to cougar, across cougar over wilderness... across sqak to the radio tower, down to issaquah and over and up to poopoo point, across tiger and up to tiger 3.. intended to do tiger 1,2,3 but left it at just 3.. i was plastered at the end, hamstring wasnt too bad though...

what an amazing february day.. sunny and warm, we decided to go out for a quick inline spin, other than that I am working on day on race and company stuff.. has to be done...grrr...

quite a messed up commute run home... beautiful weather, warm, started at 4pm and felt great... not taking into account that i had not really run in 3 weeks... my hip, knee, and ultimately the hamstring were so out of whack that me doing 9min/miles was too much, plus the stomach had troubles too... ended up calling it quits in woodinville and yumay gave me a ride home.. bummer.. hamstring is super sore...

@UW pool, at first a wee bit many people and chaotic... but then it died down...

started running but my slowly healing pussy blister immediately started chafing so i left it at that.. not sure if i am getting wiser with age or just less tough.. but in any event no run today...

for once i pushed harder than usually in the AM and felt good, but with the MTB bike setup and the pack i cant go much faster than 17MPH at this time... , pushed basically to about 80-90% of cap. wtih this setup.. yumay should get her new carbon fuji road bike then i have my trek back and that ll speed me up a good two notches...

could tell from the start that i had more in the tank than previous weeks so i started pushing early and never let off, was warmer and i felt good, had to stand up quite a bit at the end but pushed through... need to switch to the roadie now that its warmer...
