easy run with matt taking about the upcoming season.. should be great fun! ran at cougar doing the usual 12, skipped deleo due to a heel blister that was sodding bloody (yep, not puss-ing!) at the end... new shoes need to be worn in, got it!

Hmm, frustrating, could have won today.. finished 3rd 6 min behind Alex... two major messups, 2,4min, plus about 3-4 30seconders that were needless... oh well, overall a nice run at threshhold in the sun, but kind of blew my legs out a bit... need to start running regularly again.

though i was flying up the trail (6M in 25min) but then realized as soon as i turned around that the wind was blowing massively up north.. harder on the way back, and much slower..

Got my new Clif Shots race jersey outfits and all the nutrition for the whole year yesterday, they are awesome!!
Love the new Clif Jerseys and wore them today cycling to work, will be nice having a uniform race gear for the Gigathlon... biked to work at a higher intensity than usual.

to work, great weather, just perfect temps, and not raining, was a Z2 effort most of the time, once i drafted off a fast roadie for 5min before dropping off as he was too fast... and talked to nina for 2-3 min while she was running close to UW...

another straight 2k.. good to try out.. a little sore in the beginning, got better...

2k straight no breaks.. can do 3k right now, getting to the point where i can do this race without drowning, but am far from efficient, that ll be the focus for the next few months...fortunately yumay is a superb swimmer so she can help
