Roadbiking (commute) 1:07:30 [3] 22.3 mi (3:01 / mi) +30m 1:52 / km
#50, woke up at 5 but worked from home until 7 that it would be much warmer to cycle... wanted to take it easy but i got so invigorated by the sun that after an easy start i kept going faster and finished pretty speedy..
Roadbiking (commute) 1:02:45 [3] 22.3 mi (2:48 / mi) +30m 1:44 / km
WHOA! planned on an easy ride but then got on the burke after work and immediately saw this carbon-laden-daddy-paid-for-it college student going 20-22mph up the trail... caught up and then alternatively fought our way through the strong crosswinds, dropped him after a while... halfway around 34min... going south was crazy... i sometimes was going 31MPH down the sammamish river trail... the wind was blowing so hard it was bending the trees...
