Joaquin Miller Park, mistakes on #2, 8 and 9, loosing about 10 min overall, tricky park, but most northwest like terrain (redwood forest with lots of indistinquishable trails)....

probably a bit more than an hour of warmup, looking for yumay running orange backwards, shadowning her back to the finish, and running part of the retro course.

tuesdays baoct training , regnart road, first hill in 13.50, getting closer to the 12.45 goal, did not push hard to the bend, but after that went all out... took 2nd one a bit easier

Early AM run with Yumay to the track, few laps and back..., somehow i am tired like s@#$t right now, yesterday wore me out more than a halfmarathon run @ pace.. 2 coffees and i still feel like laying down and taking a nap
