Toby told me he thinks I can run it sub 14, even though we ve been around 15min every time, so i got there early to do the first one myself, and went all out from the start, paid for it a bit about 5min in (should have warmed up) but once i reached the wall i felt strong and pushed, almost at the end when i started fainting toby came from the top and turned around to pace me to the finish, fastest anyone s run this so far, would be good to see what Bone's time would be next time he is down here.. Toby also set PB at 13min30... maybe i can push closer to 12min with a warmup...

second one we went out a bit slower to the bend, tapio and kent also joined us, but once we reached the wall we pushed hard a second time, and right before the last top i did another big surge, felt strangely strong today, it seems a bit early for such drastic result changes only 3 months into my regular hill and speed workouts.....

easy downhill runs to the start twice, tripped over the pavement into the shoulder and sprained my right foot a bit, now its swollen and hurts, but only a very light sprain
