messed up day, planned on leaving work early but couldnt, at home realized i had to change the cleats and saddle as my dad used the roadie last, then got going and shortly before st.teresa park had the worst friggin flat tire.. a ceramic stud when through the tire and through the tube! it was actually inside the tube.. the new tube broke off at the valve as i was pumping, so i had to carefully remove the stud from the old tube and fix it, took me almost 1h.. rode home instead of going to the O event.. oh, yeah, and i forgot my bike gloves... oh, and i bonked on the way back as i did not eat during the flat mayhem, but overall a good ride

its friggin good to be back running and training normal, towed yumay up the first two of three hills and then ran the 3rd myself, solid 4/5 effort up hills and speedy downhills
