Course Scouting for 4th Dimension Sprint AR, amazing day! It was reasonably sunny and the trails were in incredible conditions, took almost 45 minutes until i got my feet wet even after 5 inches of rain in the last two weeks.

Kayak portion of the scout, decided to skip the bike and run instead... in a incredibly Glen or Robin-like move I just friggin flipped the boat, friggin flipped it! I was only underwater for a few seconds but i did not wear a wetsut, just a wetsuit shirt, so i got cold pretty quick, fortunately i was able to get back into the kayak asap and bail quick.. this was actually pretty scary, and i ll be wearing a wetsuit from now on in the winter...
