tried to make it an easy workout, but hard with xc, winded at teh end... super fun and very pretty out there in chelan

thrilla loop, kinda wasted the last 2 miles, probably need a rest day, this was much harder than it should have been, ran into francesca carmicael and she ran with me for 3 miles, these were faster and more effortless, maybe i just need a running partner
