Really fancied a long run as it was such a lovely day but didn't have the time so just did a quick and painful blast through the park, river, botanics.

A quick after work gym blast with degnan.

Running intervals 9:00 [5] 2.25 km (4:00 / km)

5min, 3min, 1min with 1min recovery, too hotttt.

Strength and Conditioning 20:00 [4]

No weights free so used medicine ball, planks, situps, pressups etc.

Left knee sore so moved to cross trainer. Different pain from usual, not sharp and slightly to the left side.

No motivation in sight - i think i had some sort of heckling hangover.

Not a planned rest day but i decided to be a good flatmate and go heckle and it took nearly 5 hours.

Long day in the library but wanted to run and luckily rachel fancied it too so did a late crow road run.
