Not feeling well at all today but physio was good. Need to really massage and loosen my IT-band, really tight. Got lots of exercises to get started on.

Had to walk home from the session, booked physio. Shooting pains down my shin from my knee and tightness on the outside. Ice and rest, ow.

Canal route, knee was ok on grass but not great on road, nice to be out for a run though.
