9 mile run + 3z200 striders to finish practice + warmup.jog w/team. Calling it 9.5 but it was probably just over. Man, that was one brutally hilly run. Stopped a few times for intersections or huge hills, but I think it was justified. Basically, 1st part of this run is downhill, and then right before the turnaround point you get ~1/3 of a mile hill with a pretty decent grade winding up. Then relatively flat with some false flats up to the last quarter of the run where its just a brutal uphill grind for a big chunk.
RunningAhead is telling me there were 711 ft. of gain over the trip. But most of those feet came in 3 spurts. Not sure how long this run was but its reasonably close if I sum up the length of all the tracks that came up on my iPod while running.
