this was a nice day to orienteer it was a bit windy but meh.Control 1 was spiked and 2.3 was pretty easy and saw loads of people going to 4.I could see 5 half way up the hill so that was also handy. 6 i kind of messed up i ended up to far right of the control.7 i ran to the so called path and could see the fence thing and went in there.i had remembered 8 from another course as its often used 9 was easy aswel. ten there was a long line of people running towards it that i quickly sailed by.(the people not the control).11 was as handy cause went in same way as 7.12 was a nice lon down hill that was spiked.13 i went in slow and saw greg at the control so quickly did the mark(run in the general direction of the control)and looked like i knew where i was going.surprizingly got it easily.i dont know what happened at 15 but was realy slow.16 was a steep down hill across the road and into the furs. 17 was a hard up hill with the wind in my face.i ended up running around those furs for to long.18 was straight through the forests which i usually run through.19 was just a case of following the path and then a sprint to the finish. overall i thought it was too easy and i need to move up to blue

went snorkeling hadent been there in ages so was kinda tired after o-ing.did a warm up(no fins or snorkel) i think it was called a pyramid or triangle or something. it was fast front crawl for 1 lenght then a short break less then 30 seconds then did 2 lenghts and short break then 3 lenghts and 4 lenghts.then did 3 then 2 then 1.was pretty tired after that then put on fins and snorkel i then did 2 lenghts.and swam to the deep end to do breath holds we did 2 one of 15seconds and one of 30 seconds was pretty easy.we then did ditch and recovery(get fins, mask and snorkel and throw them to the bottom of the deep end and swim down and put it all on under water)first we did just fins then just mask then it all together. for once i got my mask cleared yay.then the bell went

cycled from school to training. it was freezing tonight.i did 2 laps warm up and stretched . after that did hurdles and then 10 press ups then sprinted 200 then jogged 200.i did that 3 times and had 5 min break. i then did 5 of those sets as was not tired enough. the i did 2 laps cool down and strectched then cycled home.
