Note

Missed attendance at first Bush-O event of the season to attend twin brothers 5 month old sons christenining.
Had to be there from 10:30 am to 11:45 am so I would have had to go out approx 1 hr before the official start time of 9:30 am to be able to shower and get dressed up to make both.

Walk of estate with dog.
Another large dog ran out and started to attack him which wasn't that great but since he is so small I can just jerk on his lead (and therefore his neck) and catch him on the way up to get him in a defendable position.

Moved position in the class so up against the front wall.
Means less fans unfortunately but at least under the downlights so when Instructor keeps turning the lights down I can still see the display.

And compared to the owl that got hit by my car this morning .... my day can only get better.

15 mins of diagonal sprints across room and medicine ball slams.
15 mins of situps, pushups, squat jumps, etc.

Whippersnipping council nature strip, spoon drains, around house and garden beds etc in preparation for mowing.

Haven't mowed since 22/12/2013.
Grass has all been close to dead.
Recent rain meant a recovery.
Didn't have much fuel in the tank so only did the front yard and near the pool as didn't want to run out of fuel and get stuck 100s of metres from the shed.

Distance a guess.
This is easily the best Park Map we have as makes you really have to think with the number of little tracks and garden beds. Viola and Sam did a great job of setting up a more complex course with multiple route choices.
Went out early and didn't push too hard, and had no major issues, but came 23rd which is better than last week.
Left early and managed to pull in garage and feed dog prior to it beginning to bucket down with rain so I missed all the excitement of the storm at the event itself.

As per new weight standard for squats and chest. Chest still a killer.
Triceps also harder this week for some reason.
Weight decline appears to have ceased.

Time and distance approximate.
One last walk around Walka Water works to fix up more scrub mapping.
And this ruled out my other option to extend the Long Course as Bush Competitors may accept the resulting scratchy route choice but Park Competitors would hate it.
So stuck with tracks and not much else.

Aborted walk half way around the estate as male dog going absolutely nuts when I went to feed him as he wanted to get out and play.
