Run 5 km NSW - Official Raymond Terrace 31:09 [3] 5.0 km (6:14 / km)

First attempt to return to running in over a month!
Lost heaps of fitness and wearing heavy ankle guards on both feet so they were like lead.
Actually had to resort to walking in the second half so already frustrated with how difficult it's going to be to work my way back.
Sweated heaps and drove 15 minutes home for a 5 minute shower before heading out again for the day.
Neither left or right ankle complained throughout or afterwards which was good.

19th parkrun location completed.
Just got Singleton to go to make up my 20.

Around Cardiff Industrial Estate looking at the extension of the estate, new Industrial buildings, and the roadworks underway to eventually connect up to the new Bunnings at Booragul.

A normal person would have driven down to Lake Macquarie.
On a few streets I was remembering some of the Street-O runs around Macquarie Hills!

Lots of pain.
Too tired to attend Street-O even just to help out so elected to go home to bed.

Continuing to attempt to restore yard to presentable condition.

Whippersnipping around trench area and began the full length of the outer path boundary on the back bush block.
Gave up when ran out of whippersnapper cord.

In addition continuing to load up garbage bin each week and selling multiple items on gumtree to minimise unwanted volume of "stuff".

Very long area next to the shed.
Continuing to attempt to restore Wallalongs presentation.
Time delay as ran out of fuel almost immediately so had to go and find the jerry can to fill it up to continue.

Got too dark to continue to see properly.

I hadn't been for a bike ride in probably more than 1 year.
Only was told about group ride at 6:15 am so was late to arrive at 7:15 am.
Tyres flat and on the way in one servo had compressor out of service and other servo had been demolished! Tried hand pump but couldn't get it to work so it was 7:45 am by the time I had been to third servo.

Distance a guess. Others did up to 54 km as they were on much better bikes.
From start of Fernleigh Track to 2.9 km from the end then turned back to Redhead (with a bit of time fill back and forth).
Then down to Redhead Beach café for a drink stop.
Return leg back up the hill wasn't as bad as I expected.

Left ankle and hip held up well. I have lost a lot of fitness in a month.
