Orienteering - Bush (NOY 5 - Pelton Fire Trail) 1:35:26 [3] ***
11c

Made a total mess of today - time to give up and return to Moderate Long.
I seemingly have no idea at all.
Talked to a few people afterwards for post mortem tips.

My motivation, fitness and ankle strength collapsing.
3, 4, 5 were disasters.
Big thanks to Greg Bacon assisting me in relocating to find 5.
By 9 I gave up and walked the entire way.
3 PM

Other - Slave Labouring 1:00:00 [2]

Whippersnipping lower yard at twin brothers house at base of his stairway.

Need to bring my brushcutter as his tiny one just doesn't reliably cut through it.

Walk - Bush 7:00:00 [3] 13.0 km (32:18 / km)
shoes: Salomons June 2014

With Newcastle Bushwalking Club.
First time I have joined one of their treks.
The other novelty "Amazing Race" event I was going to attend got cancelled (again) as organiser not ready.
So literally last minute change.

"Rocky Ridge" walk.
Arrived at Millfield General Store just prior to 8 am.
Went 3 minutes up the road to Millfield Primary School to be almost the first person to vote to get that task ticked off as the walk took until 4 pm.

Walk out following the ridgeline following seemingly the most difficult options clambering over boulders and scrambling down cliffs.

Walk back via fire trail.
