Run 5 km NSW - Official Fingal Bay 26:27 [3] 5.0 km (5:17 / km)

3:11 slower than the last time I ran here over a year ago. But that time is my fastest ever in NSW so will need lots of training and injuries to disappear to get back to that low again.

My 50th parkrun next week so I have to decide where to go for the occasion.
