I am still alive.
It's -7 degrees over here.
Walking about 7 km or more every day but not logging it.
Paths coated in ice so difficult to walk - running would be impossible.
I haven't joined a gym as yet.
It is meant to be snowing tomorrow and there is multiple weather alerts.
There is an O Event about 60 km away on Saturday but you need to enter a week in advance, and I haven't bought a northern hemisphere compass, and I haven't attempted to drive a right hand drive car on the open road as yet.
To quote tinytoes .... this corgi has jumped in the water .... only to sink to the bottom and finding no opportunity to come up for air at all.
Finding the change very very challenging to deal with!
